What kind of survey do you do?We do Property Condition and Structural Surveys. Our surveys are more comprehensive than a Homebuyer’s survey and include repair estimates. If you require a full structural survey we can carry out this service too. Please ask us for further details. How long does it take?The survey itself takes about 2-3 hours depending on the size of the house. The comprehensive survey results will be despatched to you within 48 hours from then. What happens if I have a buyer’s survey and then do not proceed with my purchase?There is always the chance that you may choose not to proceed with a purchase based on the information contained in your buyer’s survey. We know that this will be disappointing but to soften the blow we will give you a 10% reduction on your next HomeZone buyer’s survey. Is the sellers survey a bit like selling a house with an MOT?Yes, that is exactly what it is like. It will give your buyer confidence and help speed up the sales process. If I have a buyers and sellers survey do I get a discount?Yes, we will give you a 10% discount off your second survey, whether it’s a buyer’s or a seller’s survey you require.
